Our phones, if needed are plug and play, and if you already have existing phones our remote programming is done by us in-house within 3 business days of your order. Finally, we include soft phones, so no equipment is even necessary if that is your preference. We include a voice app so any mobile phone can be an integrated seamless extension of your company. At any point any client can add or reduce the number voice seats they have with us without penalty regardless of the length of their remaining service agreement.

The 2nd rule of PYZON VoIP is 100% US Based Dedicated Support. Our Account Implementation Managers are 100% based in the USA and offer dedicated support to their assigned accounts indefinitely. You’re A.I.M. will not just help you activate your phones and move on; they will remain in place as your permanent account manager. When you need to make a change or have a question you will be able to rely on a known entity and not be dependent on a call center queue or chatbot.

The 3rd rule of PYZON VoIP is to Give Back To Those Who Gave. For every voice customer that is active with us, regardless of the service level, PYZON Voice will donate $1.00 per voice seat each month to a charity dedicated to Veteran or 1st Responder causes. On average every PYZON VoIP customer represents a $100.00 annual donation to a charity that helps those who have served in our neighborhoods or on the other side of the world.
