
The first stage of our process is to find out what services you have, their costs, and all contractual obligations in play. Once the information we need is collected we will define the minimum requirements necessary for core functions. What do you absolutely need for your business to run? Anything beyond that may be unnecessary overspend we can avoid.
STEP 1: EVALUATE

STEP 2: ELIMINATE
To solve for any overspend you have now we eliminate what you don’t truly need. In a sales encounter, the rep you’re talking to must sell you something, but not us. If we reduce your spending on services to appropriate levels and you nothing else is needed, then a referral will suffice as payment. If there’s a justification for a change, we will move on to the final step.

STEP 3: IMPROVE
After a proper assessment, we will identify more beneficial alternatives. If we agree on any of those alternatives, we will oversee contract negotiations and the implementation of services. When services are in place, we will step back but remain accessible. Our ongoing escalation support will begin and be in place for the life of your account with us.
